Abstract
This study examines the impact of stakeholder pressure, green competence, green innovation, and digital transformation on the operational performance of logistics businesses. A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing survey data collected from 131 managers of logistics companies in Ho Chi Minh City. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0, revealing that all four factors positively and significantly influence operational efficiency. These findings underscore the critical role of integrating environmental sustainability and digital transformation in enhancing the competitive advantage of logistics firms, positioning them for long-term success in an evolving market
