Abstract
Quang Tri province has substantial potential for agricultural economic development, with agricultural land accounting for up to 89% of its natural area. However, overcoming fragmented and poorly coordinated production requires a decisive shift toward the development of concentrated raw material areas that are systematically organized along agricultural value chains. This study assesses the current state of raw material area development in Quang Tri and provides an in-depth analysis of key bottlenecks related to land use, logistics infrastructure, quality standards, and market linkages. The study also identifies solutions to address these constraints, attract leading enterprises, and promote the province’s agricultural development toward multi-value and sustainable growth by 2030, with a vision to 2035.
