Development of tourism real estate projects in Nghe An Province: Current situation and solutions

This study examines the development of tourism real estate projects in Nghe An Province based on tourism data for the 2020 - 2025 period, reports from state management agencies, and publicly available information on selected representative projects. The findings show that the tourism market has recovered significantly following the COVID-19 pandemic, while tourism real estate projects have increasingly adopted integrated models combining accommodation, resorts, recreation, entertainment, and tourism services. However, publicly available data on project implementation progress, realized investment, and operational performance remain limited. The study therefore proposes strengthening data-driven project management, improving coordination among planning, infrastructure, and environmental management, diversifying tourism products, and enhancing post-investment evaluation.
