Abstract

This study analyzes social oversight mechanisms for public–private partnership (PPP) investment projects by examining the experiences of selected countries, including the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Australia. Drawing on international practices, the study assesses the limitations of Vietnam’s current social oversight mechanisms for PPP projects and, on that basis, proposes several recommendations to improve their effectiveness in the future.
