Examining factors influencing employee job performance: The role of organizational support

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of organizational support and employee well-being on job performance. An analysis of 259 observations reveals that organizational support has the most significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, organizational support positively influences employees' subjective well-being. These findings highlight the critical role of fostering a supportive work environment and prioritizing employee happiness as key strategies for enhancing overall performance and organizational success.
