Social insurance management in An Giang province in the context of digitalization

With the continuous development of the social security system, social insurance and health insurance policies have affirmed their pivotal role, contributing to the realization of the goals of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, equality, and civilization, and helping people receive benefits from the country’s economic development, prevent and overcome risks. Currently, the application of digital technology to the management of social insurance activities in An Giang province has revealed many issues relating to the use of software, the organization of electronic transactions, and the synchronization of data in accordance with operations and services. This paper proposes some solutions to improve the social insurance management of An Giang province in the context of digitalization.
