A study on the impact of FDI attraction on Vietnam’s socio-economic growth

Abstract
Over the past four decades, Vietnam has been internationally recognized for its success in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) thanks to its attractive investment environment, stable politics, and high economic growth potential. This study analyzes the impact of FDI on Vietnam’s economic growth and restructuring, the labor market, science and technology transfer, and the environment. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help Vietnam better attract FDI in the coming years
