The implementation of Balanced Scorecard in FDI enterprises: Theoretical and research orientations in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

It is necessary for FDI enterprises to establish a flexible and effective management system to effectively implement their competitive strategies, for which the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one of the optimal solutions for them. In order to explore and measure the impact of factors on the application of BSC at FDI enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, this paper presents an overview on domestic and foreign studies about this topic, basic theories and some qualitative points for further studies on this topic.
