Chuyển đổi số và trí tuệ nhân tạo trong giáo dục: Hàm ý đối với quản trị hiện đại

Abstract
Công nghệ số đang nhanh chóng làm thay đổi giáo dục đại học, tác động sâu sắc đến hoạt động giảng dạy, nghiên cứu và quản trị của các trường đại học. Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) và các công nghệ thông minh đóng vai trò quan trọng trong quá trình này khi góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả, hỗ trợ ra quyết định và tăng cường tính trách nhiệm giải trình. Nghiên cứu này phân tích các cơ hội và thách thức trong việc ứng dụng AI và công nghệ thông minh vào quản trị giáo dục đại học. Kết quả cho thấy AI và công nghệ thông minh mang lại nhiều lợi ích đáng kể như nâng cao năng lực hoạch định, tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng nguồn lực và tăng cường tính minh bạch. Tuy nhiên, việc triển khai các công nghệ này cũng đặt ra nhiều rủi ro, bao gồm bất bình đẳng trong tiếp cận, các vấn đề đạo đức, lo ngại về quyền riêng tư và sự thiên lệch trong kết quả ra quyết định. Để ứng phó với những thách thức trên, nghiên cứu này đề xuất việc xây dựng các quy định rõ ràng, đầu tư nâng cao hạ tầng công nghệ và thực hiện đánh giá thường xuyên trong quá trình triển khai.
