FinTech promoting sustainable development in small and medium-sized enterprises

Abstract
This study identifies factors influencing FinTech adoption among SMEs to enhance performance and achieve sustainable development goals. Using the UTAUT model, it examines the roles of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and experience. The findings highlight the importance of social and external factors in shaping adoption intention. The study proposes managerial and policy implications to promote FinTech adoption, improve performance, and support sustainability.
