Logistics is a high-value-added service sector that plays a fundamental role in facilitating trade and enhancing national economic competitiveness. In the context of rapid technological advancement and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the logistics industry is presented with significant opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen service quality, and contribute more substantially to economic growth through digital transformation. This study examines the digital transformation process of logistics enterprises in Vietnam and analyzes the key challenges and constraints they encounter during implementation. The findings provide a comprehensive assessment of the current state of digital transformation in the sector and identify practical solutions to support and accelerate the adoption of digital technologies within Vietnamese logistics enterprises.
