Abstract
Abstract:
Financial literacy is an essential competency for individuals in the context of increasingly volatile economic environments. The rapid development of science and technology during the Fourth Industrial Revolution has intensified the need to improve financial literacy in the digital transformation era. This study examines policies implemented in Singapore and South Korea to enhance financial literacy and proposes policy recommendations for Vietnam based on these experiences.
