Human resource training to meet enterprise needs in the context of digital transformation

Digital transformation is reshaping enterprise requirements for workforce quality, requiring human resource training to shift toward competency development and practical labor-market needs. This study clarifies the theoretical foundations of human resource training in the context of digital transformation, analyzes emerging requirements that enterprises place on employees, and identifies corresponding demands for training activities. Based on this analysis, the study proposes several orientations for improving training quality, strengthening collaboration between educational institutions and enterprises, enhancing digital and practical skills, and promoting greater adaptability among learners. These measures are intended to narrow the gap between training outcomes and enterprise needs and contribute to the development of a workforce capable of meeting the requirements of the digital economy.
