Assessment of factors affecting logistics efficiency in the textile and garment industry at VSIP Quang Ngai: An analytic hierarchy process approach

Abstract

This study evaluates factors affecting logistics efficiency in the textile and garment industry at VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Based on a literature review and expert assessments, seven factor groups are examined: logistics infrastructure, information technology, management capability, human resources, logistics costs, supply chain collaboration, and the institutional environment. The findings identify logistics management capability as the most influential factor, followed by human resources and information technology. The results emphasize that effective governance, workforce quality, and digital transformation are essential for reducing costs, improving delivery performance, and strengthening competitiveness. The study provides a scientific basis for enterprises to prioritize investments, improve logistics operations, enhance supply chain coordination, and formulate sustainable logistics development strategies at VSIP Quang Ngai.
