Product costing based on cost coefficients and recovery rates in seafood processing enterprises

This study proposes a product costing method based on cost coefficients and recovery rates in seafood processing enterprises. Using theoretical analysis and practical application in a tuna processing enterprise, the study develops a procedure for determining cost coefficients and recovery rates suitable for multi-product production. The results show improved cost allocation accuracy and better managerial decision support.
