Challenges facing private enterprises in the context of digital transformation: International experiences and implications for Vietnam

Abstract
In the current context, digital transformation is widely regarded as essential for enhancing operational efficiency, adopting innovative tools and business models, and keeping pace with global development trends. Nevertheless, enterprises continue to face significant challenges in implementing digital transformation effectively. Consequently, identifying feasible and effective approaches to overcoming these obstacles has become a growing focus of academic research. Drawing on the experiences of several countries worldwide, this study examines key challenges in the digital transformation process and provides insights relevant to the Vietnamese business context.
