Hành vi chấp nhận rủi ro của ngân hàng thương mại dưới tác động của chuyển đổi số Tiếp cận từ dữ liệu thực tế tại Việt Nam

Abstract

Nghiên cứu xem xét tác động của chuyển đổi số đến hành vi chấp nhận rủi ro của các ngân hàng tại Việt Nam, tập trung vào quá trình chuyển đổi số nội bộ trong các ngân hàng và ảnh hưởng đến 3 loại rủi ro chính: rủi ro tín dụng, rủi ro mất khả năng thanh toán và rủi ro thanh khoản. Sử dụng dữ liệu bảng của 27 ngân hàng thương mại giai đoạn 2012-2024, chuyển đổi số được đo lường thông qua một chỉ số tổng hợp ICT. Kết quả cho thấy, chuyển đổi số giúp giảm rủi ro tín dụng và rủi ro mất khả năng thanh toán nhờ cải thiện quản trị, hiệu quả hoạt động và năng lực vốn. Tuy nhiên, lại làm gia tăng rủi ro thanh khoản do thúc đẩy cạnh tranh trong hoạt động cho vay và huy động. Kiểm định trung gian cho thấy, khả năng sinh lời giúp giảm rủi ro tín dụng nhưng lại làm gia tăng áp lực thanh khoản.
