Investment attraction in Ha Tinh province from 2021 to 2025: Trends and policy implications

Abstract
This study analyzes investment attraction in Ha Tinh Province during the 2021 - 2025 period, with a focus on patterns by investment source, sectoral distribution, capital scale, and contributions to socio-economic development. Employing analytical, synthetic, and comparative approaches, the study finds that investment inflows have increased in both the number of projects and total registered capital, with domestic investment accounting for a dominant share, while foreign investment remains concentrated in a limited number of key sectors. Nevertheless, the investment attraction and implementation process continues to face constraints, particularly in terms of structural imbalances in capital composition and the volatility of investment flows. These findings provide a comprehensive assessment of the current investment landscape and highlight underlying dynamics shaping investment performance in the province.
