Solutions to develop the circular economy in Vietnam

Abstract
The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam determined that building a green and circular economy is a major orientation for Vietnam's economic development in the period of 2021 - 2030. By presenting an overview of circular economy, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Vietnam in implementing the circular economy, and proposes some solutions to support the development of circular economy in Vietnam in the coming time.
