Using rules on resource requirements of each task in order to appropriately allocate resources in an investment project

Abstract

Resources used for an investment project are provided on time upon the project’s request in order to make the project successful. However, if the project’s resource allocation and implementation schedule are not reasonable, the project will not use its resources efficiently, or reduce its cost, and meet its deadlines. This paper analyzes the use of rules on resource requirements of each task in order to appropriately allocate resources in an investment project.
