Vietnam’s strong economic development in the post-Covid era

Abstract
As of June 2022, the COVID-19 pandemic has been basically under control, along with the relaxation of COVID-19 prevention and control regulations, economic activities in Vietnam have recovered and returned to normal. Vietnam’s post-COVID economic recovery index has increased significantly, the country’s GDP growth is forecasted to 7 percent, and the country has experienced many other positive indicators. It shows that Vietnam’s economy has maintained a strong recovery momentum despite increasing global uncertainties regarding the Russia - Ukraine conflict, soaring commodity prices on a global scale, and long-lasting supply chain disruptions due to China’s zero-COVID policy. This paper analyzes Vietnam’s ecomomy in the post-COVID era.
