Private enterprises in the Southeast region: opportunities, challenges, and development orientations

In recent years, the Southeast region has always been at the forefront of achieving socioeconomic goals such as creating jobs, contributing to the national GDP growth rate, contributing to the state budget, etc. Besides the correct implementation of guidelines and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Government of Vietnam, and the Southeast region’s authorities, the business community, especially private sector enterprises, play a key role in helping the region achieve these goals. This paper analyzes some difficulties and challenges for private enterprises in the Southeast region, and identifies opportunities, challenges, and development orientations for private enterprises in the Southeast region in the coming time.
