Solutions to improve the quality of car loan operations at Maritime Bank - Giang Van Minh Transaction Office

This paper finds that the car loan operations of Giang Van Minh Transaction Office of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Maritime Bank) have achieved positive results in terms of both quantity and quality, making an important contribution to the bank's overall development. However, the car loan operations of Giang Van Minh Transaction Office still have some shortcomings, and the achieved results are not commensurate with its potential. This paper proposes several solutions to further promote these operations, helping the transaction office in particular and Maritime Bank in general strengthen their market position and gain customers' trust.
