The risk of recession and policies to avoid a recession: Lessons learnt for Vietnam

Abstract
The global economy is facing the risk of recession after the COVID-19 pandemic. This risk is caused by many reasons, including the global supply chain disruption, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, China's zero-COVID approach, and rising inflation. After controlling the pandemic, many countries, including Vietnam, have implemented measures combining fiscal, monetary, and other policies to support economic development. This paper presents some economic development policies for the post-COVID-19 period.
