The strategic orientation for restructuring the Industry and Trade sector in Vietnam for the period 2021 to 2030

Abstract
This paper assesses the current development of the Industry and Trade sector in Vietnam in the period from 2011 to 2020, including the sector’s achieved results, limitations, causes, and lessons learnt. The paper also analyzes and forecasts the development context that will impact the Industry and Trade sector’s development in the next 10 years and makes some proposals on the viewpoints and strategic orientations for restructuring and developing the Industry and Trade sector in the next 10 years.
