Abstract
4.0 technology is growing rapidly and is impacting all socio-economic aspects including the financial and banking sector. Information technology applications have changed the entire operation of financial services which have existed for hundreds of years. This paper is to evaluate the impacts of factors on the performance of commercial banks in the context of digital transformation.
