Published: July 30, 2026

Financial policy is one of the macroeconomic stabilizing tools. The impact of financial policy depends on which tool is used and the financial multiplier. In which, the financial multiplier reflects the size of the policy’s impact and it plays an important role in the policy design and advice. This paper identifies financial multiplier models. This paper also presents an empirical approach to these models and innovations in studying multiplier models of financial policy.
