Solutions for collective economic developmentin Vietnam in the coming time

Abstract
The collective economy with cooperatives is an important economic component in Vietnam. The Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam always encourage and support the development of the collective economy with breakthroughs in order to improve the economys competitiveness. This paper focuses on analyzing the current situation, shortcomings and development potential of the collective economy. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to create breakthroughs for collective economy in the coming time.
