Enhancing the digital capacity of workers working for agricultural cooperatives in Vietnam in the context of digital transformation

In Vietnam, digital transformation is identified as one of the important directions to promote agricultural cooperatives to develop in a sustainable way and to adapt to the market. This paper clarifies the theoretical basis of digital transformation and digital competency framework, and introduces the trend of digital transformation in the agricultural sector in Vietnam. Based on the approaches to digital capacity, this paper proposes a number of digital competence requirements for labor, analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions to improve digital capacity for agricultural cooperative workers.
