Abstract

Enhancing and optimizing the product distribution channel system is crucial for Saigon Food Joint Stock Company (SGF) to deliver high-quality goods and services that meet customer standards and expectations. This improvement also enables SGF’s fresh porridge products to gain a competitive edge and solidify the company’s market position. By analyzing and evaluating the current state of SGF’s product distribution channel system, this study assesses its impact on sustainable business performance and identifies existing limitations in the distribution system. Based on these findings, the study proposes strategic solutions to improve the product distribution channel system, aiming to enhance business efficiency and support SGF’s transition toward sustainable growth in the future.
