Abstract
This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on contemporary business and production activities globally and in Vietnam. Worldwide, AI is increasingly being adopted across diverse sectors, including industrial manufacturing, commerce, finance, logistics, and services. In Vietnam, AI adoption is being accelerated by the national digital transformation strategy, the growing need to enhance productivity, and the active participation of technology, manufacturing, and retail enterprises. However, the implementation of AI continues to face various challenges and limitations. Based on a synthesis of relevant literature and information, this study proposes several solutions to promote the effective, safe, and context-appropriate application of AI in the business and production activities of Vietnamese enterprises.
