Innovating the financial management mechanism in state administrative agencies

Abstract
The government has issued many policies to gradually improve and innovate the operating mechanism of state administrative agencies. However, the financial management mechanism for state administrative agencies still has many shortcomings. It is essential for state administrative agencies to enhance their financial management effciency. This paper points out the achievements and shortcomings in the financial management mechanism of state administrative agencies. Based on the papers findings, some solutions are proposed to help these agencies overcome their financial management shortcomings and better implement the financial autonomy mechanism.
