The financial management mechanism for state-owned enterprises

State-owned enterprises always play an important, pivotal role of the state economy, contributing to the economic development and the realization of social progress and justice. However, the performance of some state-owned enterprises still quite low, especially in the use of capital and assets. Therefore, it is essential for state-owned enterprises to improve their financial management. This paper discusses the current financial management mechanism for state-owned enterprises.
