Implementing advancements in information technology in Vietnam’s social security sector

With the role of implementing all social security policies for people and employees in Vietnam, the Vietnam Social Security has made great efforts to implement advancements in information technology. This paper summarizes the achievements as well as the difficulties that the social insurance sector has to face when it implements advancements in information technology in the period from 2017 to 2021. The paper also proposes some solutions to overcome the challenges faced by the Vietnam Social Security.
