The COVID-19 pandemic’s complicated developments have disrupted socio-economic activities around the world. The world economy is forecasted to face the most severe recession, even major economices have experienced record economic plunges due to the pandemic. In Vietnam, the fourth outbreak starting from the end of April 2021 has caused severely socio-economic impacts.
