As green finance gains global traction, receiving attention from international financial institutions and Vietnam alike, the study highlights its dual impact: promoting environmental benefits and contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The study underscores how green financial capital can help Vietnam meet its commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 through investments in green energy and energy-efficient technologies. Furthermore, the study stresses the crucial role of government policies in fostering green finance, including incentives, technical support, the establishment of a legal framework, and the development of public-private partnerships.
