ác động của ngân hàng ngầm đến tỷ lệ an toàn vốn của ngân hàng tại Việt Nam: Vai trò điều tiết của quản trị doanh nghiệp

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này xem xét tác động của ngân hàng ngầm (shadow banking) đến tỷ lệ an toàn vốn (CAR) của các ngân hàng thương mại niêm yết tại Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2012–2022, nhấn mạnh vai trò điều tiết của quản trị doanh nghiệp. Kết quả cho thấy mối quan hệ tích cực giữa hoạt động ngân hàng ngầm và tỷ lệ an toàn vốn (CAR), làm nổi bật những lợi ích trong việc đa dạng hóa thu nhập và tối ưu hóa vốn. Sự đa dạng giới tính trong hội đồng quản trị làm tăng cường tác động này, trong khi quy mô hội đồng quản trị lớn hơn lại làm giảm hiệu quả quản trị. Nghiên cứu cung cấp những hiểu biết có giá trị cho các nhà hoạch định chính sách, nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của việc cân bằng giữa đổi mới tài chính với quản lý rủi ro và quản trị hiệu quả nhằm bảo đảm sự ổn định của hệ thống ngân hàng.
