18. Experimental study on evaluation criteria for decision-making process to facilitate financial budgetary support for business undertaking technological innovation projects

The practical implementation of financial budgetary support for businesses undertaking technological innovation projects necessitates a scientific, objective, and comprehensive evaluation tool. This tool is required to make informed judgments and conclusions about the evaluation subject, ensuring consistency with state budget management regulations, regulations of the agency entrusted with managing state capital, the needs of enterprises, and the specialized requirements of technology, finance management. This paper presents the experimental study results on the development and testing to ensure the usability of the evaluation criteria system, utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each criterion.
