Impact of ICT on green growth in Vietnam: a Bayesian VAR analysis

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure on green growth in Vietnam. Utilizing the Bayes Vector Autoregression (BVAR) model, the study analyzes time series data spanning from 1990 to 2022. The variables are derived and synthesized from prior studies to ensure a robust analytical framework. The findings reveal that ICT infrastructure serves as a significant positive driver of green growth in Vietnam, underscoring its critical role in advancing sustainable development.
