Policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam in resolving the relationship between culture and development in Vietnam

The Resolution of the 5th Plenum of the Party Central Committee (8th tenure) on Building and developing an advanced culture imbued with national identity has opened a new stage for cultural research. This paper studies the theory and summarizes the practice of culture, resolving the relationship between culture and development in Vietnam. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to effectively implement the policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam in resolving the relationship between culture and development in Vietnam in the coming time.
