This study examined the career opportunities and challenges faced by students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management while offering recommendations for key stakeholders. It aimed to help students identify opportunities for personal and professional growth and understand the challenges posed by industry demands, enabling them to develop essential skills before graduation. Additionally, the study provided insights for universities and related organizations to implement practical measures for equipping students with the necessary knowledge and skills, thereby facilitating their successful entry into the job market.
