Technology and intellectual property valuation service process: international experience and proposal for service process in Vietnam

Abstract
The standardization and development of science and technology (S&T) service activities, particularly technology valuation and intellectual property services, are crucial for accelerating the commercialization of S&T research outcomes. By aligning with international standards and adapting to Vietnam's specific context, these services can incentivize researchers and enterprises to invest in and benefit from S&T advancements. Domestic manufacturing enterprises can leverage S&T research achievements from academic institutions to enhance their production and business operations. This study analyzes the Korean technology valuation model to propose a suitable framework for Vietnam's technology and intellectual property valuation services.
