A study on the factors affecting the decision of students to use digital banking services

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, e-banking has become an inevitable trend based on technological advancements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This study is to determine the factors affecting the decision of students to use digital banking services. The study finds out that independent variables of UT, BM, DD, LH, CP, HQ, and AH have a correlation with dependent variable of QD. In which, the variable of social influence has a strong and positive impact on the student’s decision to use digital banking services.
