Green logistics in Vietnam: Opportunities and challenges

In the new context, sustainable development is an inevitable trend for all countries. Implementing green logistics activities becomes more urgent and necessary than ever. In Vietnam, green logistics is a relatively new concept. Many people have not fully understood the concept and nature of green logistics, and the factors affecting the implementation of green logistics activities. As a result, there are many challenges to the implementation of green logistics activities in Vietnam. By analyzing secondary data from researches and reports on green logistics in Vietnam, this paper summarizes and presents some important theoretical contents about green logistics, and points out advantages and disadvantages for the implementation of green logistics activities in Vietnam.
