In today's highly competitive global economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth. For Hanoi City, SMEs are a cornerstone of its economic development. Their success directly influences the city's overall competitiveness and scale. This study examined the development of SMEs in Hanoi City during the period 2020-2023, identifying key challenges and opportunities. Based on this analysis, a set of solutions was proposed to improve the competitiveness of SMEs in Hanoi. These recommendations contribute to the overall economic growth and development of the city.
