Some solutions to improve the capital mobilization ability of Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises
Published: July 29, 2026
Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a key role and position in Vietnam’s socio-economic development. They account for more than 97% of the total number of enterprises in the country, contributing significantly to creating jobs, diversifying products and goods, etc. However, SMEs are limited in scale, model, and professionalism, so they face difficulties in mobilizing capital. It is essential for the government to have specific capital mobilization regulations for SMEs in different industries and fields to help SMEs better access to capital sources. SMEs also should improve themselves and learn different ways to mobilize capital for the business.
