Some financial factors affecting the VND-USD exchange rate

Abstract
There are many factors affecting the VND-USD exchange rate, such as the economy, politics, policies, etc. By using quantitative methods with Stata 17 software, this paper delved into some financial factors affecting the VND-USD exchange rate. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions were proposed to determine an appropriate exchange rate to promote exports and attract foreign direct investment (FDI), curb inflation, facilitate economic growth, increase budget revenue, and improve people's lives.
