A study on the digital transformation of enterprises in Quang Binh province

Abstract
This study assesses the current digital transformation of enterprises through a survey of 500 enterprises in Quang Binh province. This study explores the digital transformation of enterprises in terms of technology integration and digitalisation, including: the use of websites/e-portals, the application of digital technology in payment activities, the use of digital signatures, the exploitation and use of data, and the use of new platform technology. The study also evaluates the readiness for digital transformation and explores the factors affecting the digital transformation of enterprises. Based on the study's findings, some policy implications are proposed to improve the digital transformation capacity and readiness of enterprises in Quang Binh province.
