Abstract
Performance management is playing an increasingly important role in the aviation service industry, especially at Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS). This study explored the impact of a performance management system on employee motivation at VIAGS.The convenience sampling method was used to collect data from 324 employees who have worked for more than 2 years at VIAGS. The study hypothesized that there is a positive relationship between the elements of a performance management system and employee motivation.
