The satisfaction of students with soft skills training activities at Nguyen Tat Thanh University

Abstract
This study explored the factors affecting the satisfaction of students with soft skills training activities at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. The study's results showed that there are five factors affecting student satisfaction. These factors, listed in descending order of influence, are tuition policy, learning environment, teachers and instructors, facilities, and the training program. The study is expected to help Nguyen Tat Thanh University implement effective solutions to improve its soft skills training activities and reputation
